To be successful, you must review the ethical theory(ies), provide an analysis of the chosen policy/program, and address what changes are needed to make a current policy or practice an ethical one according to ethical theory(ies). Potential topics include, but are not limited to: juvenile waivers, three strikes, death penalty, registration and notification, disenfranchisement, supermax facilities, civil commitment of sex offenders, et
