Identify the key components of the SIP that will require specific timelines for implementation. Consider factors such as resources, personnel, training, and potential barriers that may impact the success of each goal. Develop timelines for each goal and objective in the SIP. Break down the action steps into manageable tasks and allocate specific timeframes for completion. Consider whether certain goals are short-term or long-term in nature and adjust timelines accordingly. Reference the Data Management Plan developed in M3 Group Assignment. Determine which data elements will be essential for monitoring progress towards each goal in the SIP. Consider how data will be collected, analyzed, and reported to stakeholders.
