For the first question, you can follow the links in the pdf or in the online book, to see the graphs and download the data in Excel format. Alternatively, you can use the attached Excel file for data (this is pre-tax/pre-subsidy income, so it implies higher degrees of inequality).
For question 2, just answer what you think and justify your answers. There’s no right or wrong answer there, the point is just to have you think about income distribution/economic inequality choices in a society, and the different returns to skills across societies.
