Task
You as a People and Organizational professional identify a Sri Lankan based organization (PLC, Private or Partnership) and critically analyze how Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools (not limited to ChatGPT) can be practically implemented to strengthen people management such as and not limited to, recruitment, performance management, change management and other aspects of People and Organization behavior.
