The student will select a topic that is relevant to Advanced Practice and select a current policy that needs reform. The student will identify the key stakeholders involved in the policy or politics and the student will synthesis the current evidence in a paragraph form. This will not be a summary of the related policies or research, but rather a synthesis of literature and supportive findings. The student will create a Meta Analysis table (place in appendix) with required articles including, a minimum of 4 articles ranging from Level 1-7 in evidence with a minimum of 2 articles coming from Level 1 or 2 leveled research. Use the attached format for Meta Analysis table creation. Regarding the paper. You will provide the following format:

Synthesis of the current evidence
Recommendations
The paper will be double spaced, APA 7th edition with intext citations, title page, and reference page. Similarity score <30%., Graduate level writing evident without excessive grammar or syntax errors. The paper will demonstrate the students voice related to policy reform on an issue facing APRN practice and will be about 4-8 pages in length
