Using these three assigned readings, provide this new employee with your best advice on how to develop the use of soft skills discussed in these readings to prepare for formal negotiation sessions. I will be paying more attention to the APA style of your citations for one, two, and publications by three or more authors by using the parenthetical citation style for attribution.
