This is a systematic review research paper. I chose the topic Gut Microbiota and Nephrolithiasis. I am not sure exactly what to focus on in regards to this but mostly on how Gut microbiota can cause Nephrolithiasis. I am sure you can get more in debth in regards to this topic depending on what you read in the articles. This paper must include an abstract in the beginning which consists of Introduction, Hypothesis, Methods, Results and Conclusion. After that you start with the Introduction, Research Question, Hypothesis, Methods. In the methods section, There should be a title for Topic selection where I need to discuss what made me choose this topic, how did i generate my research question and hypothesis and to be quite honest, I really dont know. I figured it was very interesting since many people do get kidney stones and also not a lot of research has been done on it. In addition to this section, there should be a title for search strategies (what databases used, the keywords you used), Inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria (how did you select studies and why). Please note that methods are always in third person and in past tense. In the end of this section there must be a FLOW DIAGRAM. Overall there must be 15 articles, however 4 of those articles must be papers who are doing PRIMARY STUDIES (Direct research or meta analysis) on your subject!! These 4 articles are where you compare and contrast in the results section & also there must be a table description of these 4 articles in the end as well! The table should include Author, Study Type, Aim of the article and the results. Lastly is the DISCUSSION section where you only interpret the results of the studies you found (meaning those 4 main articles). In the end of this is the reference page. Please make sure anything you read in the articles must always be paraphrased and cited (literally everything). Those other articles you find will be put in those other categories in the paper (like in the introduction etc.,). The articles you find must ONLY BE FROM PUBMED!!! Please do not use CHAT GPT or AI because there is a system that will check if you used this. I will upload a document of exactly what is needed in this paper in detail. Please FOLLOW THIS DOCUMENT because it explains everything you need to know!! I will also upload other examples of research papers that students have done who recieved a 100% so you can make sure the paper is written exactly in that format. I wrote something before on this paper, you can take a look at it if you find it helpful and use those 5 articles otherwise you can ignore it but I will upload it for you as well.
