please complete the following task
MAIN DETAILS:
You work for an external consulting company specialising in producing airport master plans for airports around the globe. You have been tasked to secure more airport customers and for any 1 airport, you are to produce a Summary Master Plan to present to this airport as evidence of what your consultancy company can offer to the airport as a potential customer.
This will be for the approximate period 2024-2034, so short-medium term.
The steps you need to follow are listed below.
Airport Choice Select 1 airport You can select any airport of any type in any country, except for London Gatwick, which we will be analysing regularly in our sessions.
Master Plans You are encouraged to locate the e)dsting Master Plan(s) for the airport, to familiarise yourself with what the airport is currently planning. You are welcome to use any master plans to assist with your structure, however your work needs to be an UPDATE and ANALYSIS with yourrecommendations, based on researching the following areas: The key factors influencing the master planning process broadly and within this airport / location specifically.
The airside requirements.
The landside requirements. The functional management issues, for example the range of differentstakeholders which need to be considered.
Marking Structure
Each airport will have their own individual circumstances, for example one airport may be very focused on runway development, another may be more focused on a new terminal, whilst another may be implementing new technologies. The Report will therefore be assessed on your analysisin the following key aspects, which will be relevant to all airport master plans, regardless of focus:
Regulatory / ownership factors Environmental factors Operational /technological factors
