Students should select one entrepreneur to profile and analyse. Students should

Students should select one entrepreneur to profile and analyse. Students should undertake their analysis by applying ONE of the theoretical frameworks from our course material.
Students should conclude their submission by briefly (1-2 paragraphs) explaining how the application of the framework employed enhances our understanding of entrepreneurs.
Some additional points
We recommend you choose an interesting entrepreneur but one that is less well known than Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos or Mark Zuckerberg. Why? Because we all already know so much about these individuals! Make contact with your lecturer or tutor if you are in doubt about who to choose.
You do not have to use every part of the framework you choose. For example, if you choose to apply the GET2Test, which outlines five characteristics, you could choose to focus on the three most applicable characteristics for your chosen entrepreneur.
Ensure you include references to support your ideas when applying theory. You should go beyond our course material and the textbook. For example, the GET2Test identifies ‘Need for Achievement’ as an entrepreneurial characteristic. Find an additional academic source that describes what Need for Achievement is, and even better, explains why it is relevant for analysing an entrepreneur. Similarly, if you choose to apply the framework focusing on the four characteristics of a successful entrepreneur, ensure that you explore academic literature that investigates these characteristics. For example, do some research to find what researchers have found out about the role of tenacity and entrepreneurship.
