Select a hypothetical (or actual in your own practice) clinical/community population that would be benefit from telehealth or mobile health technology. Assume you are an APRN pitching a proposal to the executive leadership team for the health system on why this population should be involve the use telehealth or mobile health.
Include in your 300-word plan why this population would benefit, cost/reimbursement benefits (if any) (actual financials not required), advocacy implications, general who/what/where/how of the new program, and the downside of not implementing the program.
