See also 2.4.2.4 Planning Performance Domain – Planning Variables – Budget in the PMBOK® Guide – Seventh Edition, pp. 62-63, and 4.6.3 Commonly Used Artifacts – Plans, p. 186.

Select one cost estimating technique and one cost estimating tool you will use to estimate for the cost for your project.  Provide your rationale for these selections and how you will use them.
