of our primary texts with another primary text of your choosing. Your second text can be another selection from class or
something new. You’ll want to bring in at least one scholarly secondary source. The prompt in terms of what questions
should be asked or answered, is open. There are many ways to approach each text, and we only covered a few areas in
class, so don’t feel obligated to only focus on themes covered in class. This is about your voice as you explore world
comedy. For those of you that need just a little nudge: think back to some of the themes we have covered in our
