Perform a telephone interview with a community agency or organization that serves older adults. Examples of community agencies include Assisted Living, Nursing Homes, Senior Citizens’ Programs, Alzheimer’s Support Groups, Adult Day Treatment Programs, and extended-care facilities. Upon completion of the interview, a detailed written description of the interview and your feelings about the experience should be submitted in the assignment drop box by the due date. Discuss what you consider would be the ideal version of this service, including accessibility, meeting the needs of the elderly, and cost, including who should pay for it, and what should the cost be.
