Description: Select a firm of your choice either large, midsize or small, perform a SWOT/TOWS analysis and derive a suitable course of action either to maintain or change strategy. Make sure to select a firm for which you can have access to sufficient information. If you do not have information, you can use your assumption of consistency for the missing elements. If you select a large firm, you shall focus on one of its division (Strategic business unit) or brand. Example, do not perform a SWOT for Coca Cola, instead perform a SWOT for its water division.
