This change would fall under the material we covered in week 3, title documentation. So this announcement via email is to officially launch one of those types of changes, You are free to CHOOSE any change you like………
You will prepare 3 emails, as if announcing the change/revision to management above you, your peer management team, and your direct reports.
The format of this assignment will be communication in an email format, your emails must contain all the key requirements covered in the class material, subject line, signatures etc.
Above all each email must be TAILORED to the specific audience, think specifically about what each group would, or wouldn’t, be interested in.
