3.     Consider what you thought counted as exercise before doing this assignment and compare it to what you’ve learned here. Craft an explanation of the comparison into a ~150 word response, including how unstructured exercise might boost your success in satisfying the ACSM guidelines for good health on days when you cannot carve out time for structured exercise.
