Regulations implemented therefore would make the students to pay the price or read depends upon the choice of students. It was also provided that by reading in depth and reading for long term provides retention of it for long period of time. By learning the reading skills provides a transformation from lower order skills of retention to high order skills of identifying and evaluating.
