They must understand the importance of the process of implementing diversity and development initiatives. For this week’s assignment, you are asked to develop an informative poster presentation for an existing or hypothetical company. Focus on depicting the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workplace and celebrating diversity and inclusion. This content can be part of the Code of Ethics of a company you work for or are familiar with (be sure that you are inclusive and recognize diversity). Your poster should be presented in a tri-fold format as an informative communication for the entire company. You can choose to base your assignment on a company that you are familiar with or currently working. A brochure template is provided in your weekly resources, or you may create a trifold brochure on your own.
