For Essay #2, the rhetorical essay, please refer to this Nearpod lesson so that you can understand Ethos, Pathos, and Logos. Remember for Essay #2 you are creating an essay that is trying to persuade or convince your audience of your stance. Your thesis sentence, located in your introduction paragraph, will be your stance or argument. Your body paragraphs will support your thesis and you will also research credible information to use and cite in your essay.

Once you have created an argumentative stance for your thesis, you will then try to convince your audience of your argument stance. Please refer to the Nearpod so that you can understand how we use ethos, pathos, and logos. Further, you will want to make sure that your argument is supported by credible information.
