The United States Department of Labor (USDOL) identifies major employment laws likely to apply to your business. Employers or prospective employers can access the website to answer a series of questions concerning to a business and its employees. The questions establish a profile of your business based on an evaluation of responses. Once you complete these questions, a list of applicable laws will be generated.
