Employee Portal Website—Task 2

For this assignment, you will create the registration page that allows the users to register in the employee portal website. The PHP registration page will obtain the following inputs from the user: email, password, firstName, lastName, address, phone, salary, and SSN. Then, the PHP registration page should send the user information from the client to the web server, and save this information inside the appropriate table.

In your paper,

  • Provide a screenshot of the registration page layout.
  • Provide a screenshot of the registration page PHP source code.
  • Provide a screenshot of the table after saving the user information in the database.
  • Explain the steps taken to create the registration page and saving the user information in the database.

Once you have completed Task 2 of the employee portal website, you must provide the following in a Word document and submit it through the Waypoint grading system:

  • A screenshot of the registration page PHP source code.
  • A screenshot of the table after saving the user information in the database.
