The economic impact of unethical decisions and financial crimes can be significant and affect individuals, businesses, local communities, economies, and governments.
For business leaders, it is crucial to understand how to prevent internal financial fraud. An excellent way to prevent fraud is to learn how it happened at other organizations.
Review 1 of the scandals in recent history (3-5 years), and share how unethical decisions lead to a company’s significant financial harm or major SEC enforcement action.
