Choose Your Movie For this essay you are going to select a movie that you believ

Choose Your Movie
For this essay you are going to select a movie that you believe deals with or addresses a contract between the parties. It can be any movie you want to select. I am providing a list for options to give you an idea. You do not have to select any movies suggested, but can use them.
Some examples and options include:
The Social Network (2010)
The Little Mermaid (1989 or 2023)
Willy Wonka (any version)
Ghost Rider (2007)
The Hobbit (2012)
Witness (1985)
Again, select one of these or any you want. No matter which movie or movie genre you select, assume that the world exists. You cannot say there is no contract because mermaids or witches do not exist or something similar. Watch the full movie because anything throughout the movie can affect its existence, outcome, and remedies.
For reference, I am providing an example from Failure to Launch so you cannot select that movie. This is an example from one of the better student essays that was submitted in prior semesters, no edits or corrections have been made and there may be some errors regarding content. (The name has been removed and prior approval was obtained.) Do not copy this essay example in any form or fashion or you will be referred to appropriate office for plagiarism. But this should help give you a better idea of what is expected from the essays. Please as if you need help selecting a movie or have any other questions.
Once you pick your movie, the essay must address the following topics.
Part One – the contract
Provide the details for the contract. (Hint: When we get there think about the Stardust assignment and how we determined the contract.)
Give the definition of a contact.  Discuss whether each element is present and discuss whether believe a contract has been formed between the parties.  Support your answer as to whether you think it is valid, void, or voidable.
Part Two – Ethics
Assuming the contact is legal, what are the ethical implications raised by such a contract? Discuss the ethical theories that all parties would use to support their actions. (Look back at chapter 2 for your ethical theories for support. You must use the theories to support your response.)
Paula’s business may be legal, but do you believe it is ethical? Why or why not?
Part Three – Defenses and/or Damages
What, if any, defenses could each party assert if they were sued by the other?
What damages, if any, could be obtained if they prevailed?
If there were no issues and the contract was successful then address that instead.
Requirements
Your essay is due by 11:59p.m. July 21st. Your essay must be typed, double-spaced, and use 12-point font.  Your essay must be a minimum of two pages in length.  Make sure you use proper citations when necessary.  There will be rough draft extra credit due by July 10th, submit a rough draft or outline on that date for feedback.
Remember to use IRAC format in responding to each section of the essay.  You do not have to address each question individually within your essay because some information can be combined within your response, but you must address all elements and questions somewhere within your essay.  I have just numbered them for your ease in knowing what you must address; format your essay as you desire within proper essay formatting boundaries.  I would suggest a header for each of the three parts. Remember to write this in proper essay and paragraph formatting.   Feel free to watch the movie as much as you want.
FYI the movie I chose is How to lose a guy in 10 days.
I attached a share copy of a example essay that my professor shared as a reference.
I also included my outline.
