In order to explore the experiences of priority group populations with chronic illness, students are invited to choose one (1) priority group, one (1) chronic illness and one (1) exploration topic and create a PowerPoint Presentation to deliver their findings. 

Question

1. Explore the lived experience of the priority group you have chosen with the chronic illness you have chosen with the development of three (3) clear themes supported by evidence 

2. Explore the prevalence, incidence, and current treatment modalities with a focus on alterations/integrations of support for the priority group & chronic illness you have chosen 

3. Explore the unique challenges that your chosen priority group faces in relation to the chosen chronic illness. This may include consideration of social, emotional, medical and community impacts. 

4. Explore three (3) research outputs which focus on your chosen priority population & chronic illness. Discuss the strength of evidence, impact of evidence and directions for future research

5. Explore the structures and supports (local, state and/or national, government and/or pr ivate/charity) which are available for the chosen priority group with relation to the chronic illness 

6. Explore some of the complications within the chosen population & chronic illness. Discuss the complexity of the exploration topic you have chosen.
