As the final assignment for this course, each student is required to create a video-essay addressing the following questions. Please ensure that your video provides clear and separate answers for each question:
How have the concepts and experiences covered in this course changed your perspective regarding public and nonprofit leadership?
Choose and describe at least three approaches and/or concepts that after the course resonate the most with your own perspective of public leadership. Explain the reasons why you have chosen them.
Describe your own approach to public leadership after completing this course. You can here refer also to the results from the inventory questionnaire done in Week 9 regarding Transformational v. Transactional leadership.
What are the main lessons you have learned from this course?
Your video should not exceed 5 minutes in length and should draw upon the concepts, topics, and readings covered throughout the course. It is important to support your responses with examples from both practice and research. To ensure accessibility and avoid any issues related to file size, please submit only a link to the video for review (e.g. You Tube link etc., not the actual video file).
