The Week 8 Writing Assignment is to write a reflective essay on what you have learned during the entire course. (Chap 9 in the Workbook can partially assist with this essay.) At a minimum, this essay should include topics such as:
Areas in which you want to improve and why
Areas in which you are comfortable (good at) and why
Topics you never considered before
How you would expect team members/followers/subordinates to respond to a leader who treated them and the organization in the way discussed by Kouzes and Posner
The value of helping members/followers/subordinates to flourish and helping your organization to be excellent
This essay will serve as the Final Exam for this course.
NOTE: This essay shall be at least a 10-page paper. A “well written” 10-page paper should garner a score of 100 if there are no deductions. A shorter, well written paper will have an appropriate lower score if there are no deductions.
