The essay should reveal and discover why the Ernest Hemingway shows literary merit and excellence by presenting clear and meaningful interpretations from the research and the literary work. The paper should explore how a specific and relevant context (artistic elements of form, social, cultural, historical, political, psychological, religious, milieus, situations, circumstances, etc.) informs Ernest Hemingways work to help the reader better understand, and better experience, or at least imagine, and appreciate the underlying meanings and connections between the writer and the literature. Take care that you don’t produce a report or mere regurgitation of facts found in research. Do not give a biography or the author’s life story. The primary source is the story, “a clean, well lighted place.” Which will be pictures from my textbook. The second primary sources are, “ Containing and Unleashing the Shock of the Modern in “A Clean, Well-Lighted Place,”“A Natural History of the Dead,” and “A Way You’ll Never Be.” and NADA AND THE CLEAN, WELLLIGHTED PLACE: THE UNITY OF HEMINGWAY’S SHORT FICTION.” These will all be provided in files below.
