Your job is to figure out how to keep the current population of Ohio here and attract more people to the Buckeye State. The process is as follows:
1. Isolate a problem facing Ohio (and include why this is having an effect on the population).
2. Using the topics discussed in class, the readings, and the assigned articles decide which of these issues would help to keep, and attract, people in the state
3. Once you have isolated an issue you must find a solution.
a. Your solution must be feasible (able to be implemented)
b. Your solution must have a plan (how to implement)
c. List resources and/or groups that would be involved
4. The discussion of your problem, and the solution, must be ten (10) to fifteen (15) pages double-spaced pages in length.
The problem you choose can come from any area that you believe has a direct effect on why people are choosing to leave Ohio. The goal is to address the problem with a realistic solution and focus on the steps needed to successfully implement the program.

For number 2, I would want this essay to be written about Human Trafficking. The word document attached has the links we used to discuss this topic in class however, you are not limited to this. References should be limited to Ohio though. Please provide a references sheet within the essay and not a PDF (which i had paid for).
