Description: A film analysis is not a review or summary of the plot, it should go deeper into analysis and reaction. It should discuss the issues raised by the film, address the film’s importance and purpose, state reactions to the content and quality of the film, and connect it to ideas and material presented in class. It should be a minimum of 1.5 pages DOUBLE SPACED and include the following (in any order you choose).
Requirements:
Consider a discussion on the following:
How did the documentary portray the lives of women in Ciudad Juarez? 
Does the film provide any solutions for stopping the femicides in Mexico?
Was the documentary biased/one sided? 
Does the film discuss how the US is dealing with the situation? Do you think the US should get involved?
Does the film give a clear answer as to who is to blame for the femicides? 
Does the film discuss femicides throughout the world?
Who do you believe is responsible for the femicides?
Lastly, this is a critical analysis of a documentary. Please be sure NOT TO spend your entire 2 pages on a summary, but rather a discussion of themes or points presented and your opinion on 1) how they were presented, and 2) do you agree with the points being made.

Evaluate the film for quality and interest. Would a young person be interested in this film?
Relate the film to class discussions, readings, notes or knowledge. Is the film historically (or factually) accurate and realistic? Does it contradict or support anything you have learned?
Summarize briefly emphasizing the strengths and weaknesses of the film.
